Over the last year, we have found packages to the USA can take up to 3 weeks to arrive. Many of our customers are understandably concerned when packages take longer than 2 weeks to be delivered. If you are concerned about the whereabouts of your package, please contact USPS directly, as they handle all packages sent to the USA by Royal Mail.
We send an automated email when your order has shipped, which should give you a Royal Mail tracking number that looks something like this: XX 1234 5678 9GB. USPS have a Track and Trace function on their website which allows you to use that tracking number to find out where your package is. If you haven’t receieved a tracking number, please contact us.
