The super-popular body-shaping Vargas dress from Kiss Me Deadly, in its original all black. It is sized by your bra size, and is stretchy enough to cope with a pear shaped body.
You will hear them called corselettes, body briefers, body shapers, all-in-ones, and a host of other names. Essentially they have an underwired, supportive bra made from lace over lingerie mesh, with a double layer control mesh mid section that will pull in your stomach and cinch your waist, finished with six garter tabs for stockings. There are no bones, and the lower sizes can be rolled off and on. The size 38's have a concealed zip at the rear.
