Core sizes are done to the +4 method, but larger cup sizes tend to be done to similar UK large bust brands which means adding no or fewer inches to get the band size. Bralets depend on the style but the most popular offers cupport without cup shapes and is broadly based on your underbust measurement.
Your underbust measurement is the distance around your ribcage, just underneath your breasts. Your bust measurement is the distance around your chest at the fullest point of your breasts. Use a soft tape measure to take these measurements, and don't wear anything. Make sure you measure horizontally - don't let the tape measure ride up or down your back, as this will make the measurements larger than they should be. You may like to use a mirror or ask a friend for help with this.

To find your bra cup size, compare your bust measurement (usually around the nipples!) to your band size. A bust measurement that is 1 inch (2.5 cm) larger than your band size is a B cup, 2 inches (5cm) larger is a C cup, 3 inches (7.5cm) larger a D cup and 4 inches (10cm) larger a DD cup.
